I'm Kumi, an owner of Bella Luna Permanent Cosmetics, an Oregon licensed tattoo artist and esthetician who have over 8 years of experience in the permanent makeup industry, focusing not only on Cosmetic but also Paramedical tattoos.

The work is deeply personal to me.  I watched my own mother struggle with her brows - not because she didn't care, but because her vision and skin had changed over time.  That experience is what drives me to care more deeply for my clients today.  I take extra care, patience, and attention to detail - especially for those who feel unsure, frustrated, or overlooked.
