NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Oregon law requires that no one may accompany you into the treatment room in order to maintain a sterile field.
LATENESS:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Late arrival will be cancelled and a deposit will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time. Sorry, exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. All deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule your Initial Touch-up appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will automatically forfeit your free Initial Touch-up appointment and will be asked to make your appointment as an Additional Touch-up($150+).
DEPOSITS:
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure your appointment. Deposits will be charged to the credit card upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session.
TOUCH-UPS:
Touch-ups are for existing clients only. This can be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session and is REQUIRED for the best results. There is no guarantee when working on skin since everyone heals differently. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL COSMETIC TATTOOING CLIENTS:
Cosmetic Tattooing is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new Tattoo to heal properly (and look their very best), following all Pre & Post-Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
EXISTING TATTOOS:
I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work because many factors can result in a less than desired outcome. If you have had your eyebrows/Lips previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, I request that you email me clear photos of your Brows/Lips for approval BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last tattoo.

Had Botox in the past 3 weeks

Used Accutane in the past year

Allergic to anesthetic (Lidocaine)

Extremely Oily or Problematic Skin

Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
